Office calculator
NOTE
The emissions estimated using this calculator should not be used in the elaboration of any formal policy in the fight against climate change. They are solely for orientation purposes and relate to the costs of implementing policies which contribute to this fight.
This calculator provides a carbon footprint order of magnitude for a company whose activity is executed in offices with one or more centres, all of them within national territory (peninsular or island). The calculator covers direct emissions from the use of fuel in the office, heating and air conditioning. It also includes indirect emissions arising from the displacement of employees to their place of work, and those resulting from travel for business purposes.
To reduce the error of margin we recommend, where possible, that the calculations are carried out individually by office. The values introduced should take reference from the average annual activity of the centre.
